Our staff at Wei Aesthetics tries our best to ensure all our patients are able to schedule treatments at their desired time and dates. The reserved appointment time is blocked for you specifically, therefore it would be greatly appreciated if you can let us know at least 48 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.
To avoid late cancellation fees, please call (949) 748-3880 or email email@example.com AT LEAST 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to cancel 48 hours prior or a no-show will result in a $50 fee for consultations and $100 for treatments/procedures.
We may collect cancellation fees over the phone, or collect at the time of your next appointment. Prepaid clients with package deals may opt to deduct the value from their treatment package, or forgo one treatment session from their package balance.
We ask that clients please arrive on time so that we may start and complete your service in a timely manner. A late arrival may reduce your appointment time out of respect to the clients scheduled after you. We will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but this is not always possible based on our schedule. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, and we cannot complete your appointment, we will need to charge a cancellation fee and reschedule you.
Appointment Reminder Policy
As a courtesy to our clients, we will place a confirmation call 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled service. Should the appointment reminder system fail to reach you for any reason and you do not receive an appointment reminder, it is still your responsibility to manage your appointment and adhere to the cancellation policy.
Wei Aesthetic Institute reserves the right to require a deposit to secure an appointment. The payment will be automatically charged to a credit card on file. The deposited amount will be applied to your service. For no-shows, the deposit will be forfeited.
Refunds are not given on services rendered due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments. When there is a documented adverse reaction, we may refund unreceived treatments in packages for spa credit only. Aesthetic results vary from person to person, and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, we cannot always guarantee it. Clients are responsible to come in for treatment based on our recommended timeline to achieve ideal results.
We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Products may be returned for in-spa credit within 7 days from the date of purchase when there is a documented adverse reaction to the product. Defective products (i.e., a broken pump) may be exchanged within 7 days for the same product only.
