Vaginal rejuvenation with FormaV is an innovative procedure designed for feminine wellness that can improve a woman’s overall self-esteem but also correct vaginal pain, sensitivity, urinary incontinence, or discomfort. FormaV vaginal rejuvenation is a safe and effective treatment for feminine rejuvenation.
Who is a good candidate? Who is NOT a candidate?
Vaginal rejuvenation is designed for healthy women looking to improve vaginal functionality or who have experienced vaginal changes due to childbirth or aging. FormaV may be an ideal treatment if you are looking to treat vaginal dryness, painful intercourse, urinary incontinence, or are looking to improve vaginal tightness and aesthetics.
How is the treatment done?
FormaV vaginal rejuvenation is performed as an outpatient procedure. Following vaginal rejuvenation, most patients are able to return home immediately. To begin vaginal rejuvenation, the length of the vaginal canal will carefully be measured. This is to ensure that the FormaV wand is not inserted any further than necessary during treatment. A topical anesthetic will be applied to the treatment areas. Prior to the start of the procedure, a small amount of gel will be applied to the wand to ensure patient comfort.
Once the FormaV wand has been inserted into the vaginal canal, it will be slowly rotated to ensure an even distribution of radiofrequency energy to the vaginal walls. When this radiofrequency energy is delivered to the vaginal walls, it promotes collagen realignment and vaginal contraction. We will treat the entire length of the vaginal canal evenly to ensure the best results possible.
How long will it take to see results?
With just one session, your results will last for a few weeks. However, depending on your goal, it's best to do multiple sessions. In fact, a series of sessions and yearly maintenance, results can last up to 4 years.
Why do the procedure?
FormaV quickly and effectively addresses a range of issues without the use of invasive techniques. It provides improvements in blood circulation, muscle pain relief, and muscle relaxation. It is a non-invasive vaginal tightening treatment that rejuvenates both the vaginal canal and the external genital area. Women suffering from urinary incontinence or those concerned about the effects of aging can now undergo a non-surgical, virtually painless rejuvenation procedure. Tighten loose labia and feel more confident with a painless, non-surgical feminine rejuvenation procedure. It is a very gentle treatment and completely painless. This innovative treatment is ideal for women who notice some vaginal laxity, effects of aging on the labia and vulva, vulvovaginal atrophy, and urinary incontinence. It’s also suitable for tightening the external labia minora and majora.
Vaginal rejuvenation with FormaV promotes collagen restructuring of the vaginal walls and helps to tighten the vaginal canal. FormaV uses radiofrequency energy and localized heat to improve vaginal aesthetics and tightness. Radiofrequency energy helps to firm lax tissues of the vaginal canal and addresses underlying layers of tissues in order to stimulate vaginal tightening. Noninvasive vaginal rejuvenation promotes the creation of new elastin fibers and collagen while also enhancing the appearance of the labia and surrounding areas..
Vaginal rejuvenation with FormaV can treat:
Decreased vaginal lubrication
Lack of sexual pleasure
How long is recovery? What does it look like? (Bruising, swelling, etc.)
Following noninvasive vaginal rejuvenation, there is typically little downtime. Slight sensitivity or discomfort is normal following vaginal rejuvenation, but these symptoms will quickly subside. While most patients can resume normal activity almost immediately, sexual intercourse should be avoided for one week to ensure proper healing.
How often do you have to follow up?
It is recommended to get annual touch-ups for the treatment to last longer.
