About the Treatment

What is it?

Dermoelectroporation (or DEP) with exosomes is a cosmetic treatment that combines two techniques: dermoelectroporation and exosome therapy. Dermoelectroporation is a non-invasive technique that uses electrical pulses to create microscopic pores in the skin to allow the transdermal delivery of topical skincare products. Exosome therapy involves the use of exosomes, which are extracellular vesicles derived from stem cells that contain growth factors, cytokines, and other beneficial molecules that exosomecan stimulate tissue repair and regeneration.

Who is an ideal candidate?

The ideal candidate is typically someone seeking skin rejuvenation and improvement in skin texture, tone, and elasticity. This procedure is suitable for individuals with concerns such as fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars, or overall skin aging. Additionally, those who prefer a non-surgical approach and have realistic expectations about the gradual nature of results are good candidates.

What to expect during the treatment?

During a DEP with exosomes treatment, exosomes are topically applied to the skin and then delivered to the deeper layers of the skin using electrical pulses. The exosomes are able to penetrate deeper into the skin, where they can stimulate cellular growth and regeneration, leading to improved skin health and a more youthful appearance.

Why should I do this treatment? What are the benefits?

This treatment is said to be effective for a variety of skin concerns, including fine lines and wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, acne, and uneven skin tone and texture.

How long is recovery?

There is typically no downtime associated with this treatment, and patients can return to their normal activities immediately after the treatment.

How often do you have to follow up/maintenance?

It is typically performed in a series of sessions for optimal results, with each session lasting around 30 minutes.
